ADMIN ASSISTANCE - LIM'S STAR DESIGN & CONTRACTS PTE LTD
SALARY : $1700 to $2400
Organize, manage and coordinate project works and working with Project Manager and other key team members to assist in delivering result within timeframe and standard. Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Supervisors to carry out planning / scheduling, risk management and reporting tasks on the projects during construction delivery.
- Update schedules with actual progress and forecast remaining durations, project milestones and completion dates.
- Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings by making appropriate arrangement.
- Support and follow up documents for construction related activities (such as workers name list, permit to work, risk assessment & etc.
- maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- retrieve documents from filing system
- handle requests for information and data
- resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- prepare and modify documents including quotation, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and transportation arrangements for supervisors
. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
