Job Scope Summary:

1. Front Office Operations: Managing visitor interactions, handling calls, and maintaining a welcoming presence.

2. Administrative Support: Processing administrative tasks, document management, and data entry.

3. Event Support: Providing assistance for school activities, examinations, and special events.

4. General Duties: Supporting school leadership and undertaking additional responsibilities.

Required Skills:

1. Communication: Handling visitor interactions and correspondence professionally.

2. Organization: Maintaining accurate digital records and general office organization.

3. Flexibility: Providing support for various school activities and events.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant systems.

Job Requirements Summary:

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Education: GCE O-Levels or equivalent.

2. Experience: Relevant administrative working experience.
