Job Description

Job Title: Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the business by providing administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to clients secretary related functions, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing emails

2. Assist in the preparation of company registration, accounting, taxation, and immigration documents

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information

4. Assist with billing and invoicing clients

5. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and filing

6. Conduct research and gather information as needed

7. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Fresh graduate welcome
