Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive with prior work experience in office administration and inside sales operations to manage the operations and support the sales and marketing activities of the company. The Sales Operations Executive will be reporting to the Operations Director and will work very closely with the sales team to manage business operations. It is an exciting opportunity to join a company with high growth potential and lead the industry with innovative products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and support uninterrupted sales operations
  • Process invoicing accurately and maintain consignment stock records to ensure financial and inventory integrity
  • Coordinate orders and supplies by liaising with materials management departments of public and private hospitals to meet customer demand
  • Oversee logistics and shipping coordination with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Manage overseas distributor orders and monitor payment receivables to maintain healthy cash flow
  • Perform general office administration tasks including communication with government agencies and internal audit representatives to support GPDMDS audit compliance
  • Provide ad hoc operational support to the sales team during hospital visits for marketing programs and product deliveries
