Provides customer and operational support by managing member and tenant enquiries, handling FRx Gift Card sales processes, and ensuring accurate membership transaction validation and documentation.
Job Description
- Manage member and tenant enquiries, including coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Conduct monthly validation of membership transactional data to identify potential anomalies and prepare exception reports with follow-up actions
- Support end-to-end FRx Gift Card sales operations, including enquiry management, order processing, billing and fulfilment
- Perform data reconciliation and data entry, ensuring accurate documentation and proper record management for FRx Gift Card transactions
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CRM Marketing and Operations team, as required
Key Qualification
- Passionate about customer experience and engagement
- Minimum Diploma or GCE A Levels
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Works well within a cross-functional team
