Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, resume screening, talent selection, and interview arrangement
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, and follow up on interview status
- Assist in preparing Letters of Employment, Confirmation, and other HR-related documents
- Conduct new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding processes
HR Operations & Employee Administration
- Maintain and update employee details and personal files
- Monitor and update leave records for designated employee groups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Process employee claims via internal claim system
- Update medical claims in the medical system for payroll reimbursement
- Manage and update the mileage claims for payroll reimbursement
- Handle business travel arrangements, including but not limited to staff flight and hotel bookings
- Reconcile monthly corporate credit card expenses in coordination with the Finance team
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of name cards for all regions management and staff
- Support general day-to-day HR administrative duties
Training & Learning & Development (L&D)
- Handle administrative tasks for training programs, including but not limited to course registration, logistical coordination, and attendance tracking
- Execute all L&D workflows in strict accordance with established company frameworks and procedures
- Assist with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by collecting and compiling department training data
- Gather details on course pricing, vendor terms, and contract conditions for review
- Follow up on required post-training documentation, evaluation forms, and certificates
Office Administration, Front Desk & General Support
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls when required
- Cover reception duties when needed
- Manage and maintain pantry inventory and assist in purchasing pantry items
- Plan, organise, and execute internal events and activities, including monthly birthday celebrations, monthly Fruits Day, and festive celebrations such as Chinese New Year (CNY) and Christmas
- Perform any other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum O Level / A Level / ITE / Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Entry level is welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player with a positive work attitude, strong initiative, and resilience
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays
