AlfaOhm Quartz is a Singapore-based provider of quartz ware for semiconductor wafer fabs, offering repair, refurbishment, manufacturing, and trading services to support silicon wafer and microchip production in Singapore and Malaysia.

Job Summary

You will support administrative and accounting functions by managing data entry, report preparation, filing systems, office supplies procurement, and invoicing, while receiving training to handle full sets of company accounts using Xero.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately into the company IT system to maintain up-to-date records
  • Assist in preparing scheduled reports to support operational decision-making
  • Develop and maintain an organized filing system for easy document retrieval
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Provide general day-to-day administrative support to facilitate smooth office operations
  • Source and purchase office and operational supplies to meet company needs timely
  • Prepare quotations and invoices to support sales and billing processes
  • Record accounting data into the Xero Accounting System to maintain financial accuracy
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties to manage company cash flow
  • Participate in training to develop skills for handling full sets of company accounts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Basic accounting knowledge to support learning and handling full set of accounts
