Human Resources:
- Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing, including attendance tracking and maintenance of employee records.
- Assist with staff welfare & training coordination
- On-boarding and off-boarding of staff
Administration & Operations:
- Perform a full range of coordination and administrative duties, including invoicing, data entry, document filing, invoice verification, and preparation for payment
- Liaise with clients to schedule monthly maintenance activities, including coordination, preparation of documentation and quotation.
- Assist in project costing and proper filing system
- Carry out any other ad-hoc administrative duties and operational support as required or assigned by the Manager.
