Job Title: Admin & Contracts Executive

Our Client: A leading local recycling & trading SMEs company in Asia market and has been established for more than 50 years in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

. Research and assess tender opportunities, including analyzing tender documents and specifications

. Offer administrative and coordination support for contract management

. Evaluate and manage insurance policies for properties, equipment, and vehicles

. Ensure compliance with government licensing and regulatory standards

. Prepare and submit monthly reports

Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, with 2 years of relevant experience.

. Proactive, reliable, and positive individual

. Able to manage tasks efficiently under tight deadlines with a high sense of urgency

. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
