Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily data entry and basic accounting transactions
  • Assist with accounts receivable/payable, reconciliation, and bookkeeping
  • Support processing of invoices, cheques, and updates to AP, AR, and GL
  • Assist with staff claims and basic GST submissions
  • Provide general administrative support to sales, purchasing, and office operations
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on routine matters
  • Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or basic qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Familiar with MS Office; experience with accounting software is an advantage
  • Willing to learn, organized, and able to work independently
