Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team
  • Liaise with ACRA customer service officer over the phone on work related enquiries.
  • Ensure timely compliance with relevant statutory compliance, maintenance of registers and statutory records.

The Talent:

  • Open to candidates with administrative experience
  • Corporate secretarial experience will be advantageous
  • Must be able to speak and read Chinese to communicate with Chinese counterparts
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
