Whisky Mansion is seeking a dedicated and organized Admin & Accounts Officer to join our team! This pivotal role offers a dynamic blend of administrative support and essential financial responsibilities, ensuring the smooth daily operation of our business.
About the Role
As our Admin & Accounts Officer, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, managing diverse administrative tasks alongside key accounting functions. You will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate records and contributing to the financial health and regulatory compliance of Whisky Mansion.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Records: Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date bookkeeping records using appropriate accounting methods.
Accountant Liaison: Organize and prepare all relevant financial data and documents for efficient and timely submission to the external accountant for review and reporting.
Invoicing & Quotations: Generate professional customer invoices and create detailed, timely price quotes.
Administrative Filing: Establish and meticulously maintain digital and/or physical filing systems for all company administrative, operational, and financial documents.
Payments & Salary Processing:
Manage and process payments to vendors, suppliers, and for operational expenses.
Handle employee salary processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
Calculate and ensure accurate and timely submission of Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions for employees.
GST Submission: Prepare, review, and ensure timely and compliant submission of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns to the relevant authorities.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a related financial role.
Regulatory Knowledge: Proven understanding and familiarity with GST regulations and the detailed processes for CPF submissions in Singapore.
Technical Proficiency:
Essential proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Hands-on experience with accounting software is required (please specify software experience in your application).
Working Conditions
Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday - Friday).
Hours: Standard office hours.
Days Off: Weekends off (Saturday - Sunday)
Basic Salary from $3000 - $4000 depending on experience
