Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Generate invoices/debit notes/credit notes
  2. Updating and posting of receipts and payments.
  3. Follow up on outstanding invoices.
  4. Perform monthly journals.
  5. Checking of pricing and invoice from supplier.
  6. Letter of credit application.
  7. Other duties as and when assign.

Job Requirement:

  • A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field.
  • Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently.

Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 0900 hrs to 1815 hrs

Fridays: 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs

One Saturday Per Month: 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs
