Admin Accounts Executive
Family Office / Investment Background
Location: Central, 5 days office work week
Duties:
- Manage the accounts payable cycle: process, verify, reconcile invoices and supplier statements.
- Execute timely and accurate supplier payments via various methods & maintain accurate records of payments, expenses and billing support in the company's internal system.
- Assist in preparation of corporate secretarial, finance and legal documents, including board resolutions, share certificates, agreements, contracts and invoices.
- Coordinate signing and execution of corporate and legal documents with directors, secretaries and shareholders, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain an effective document management system (filing, scanning, archiving) for both financial and corporate records.
- Handle office errands & assist in supporting office staff with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Occassionally to manage the reception area, greet visitors and answer main phone lines. Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, packages and document deliveries.
Requirements:
- Prior 4 years &above experience in accounts payable, finance administration & general administrative role(s)
- Comfortable to handle front desk duties and interacting professionally with visitors and stakeholders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with good time management and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
