We're looking for an Admin & Accounts Executive to be responsible for the day-to-day admin, accounting & finance function within the company.
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables, payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Produce monthly reports
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Verify invoices, preparation of payment and recording of payments
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks
- Support audit and tax queries when necessary
- Liaise with banks on banking transactions when necessary
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 years of Singapore experience in accounting & finance performing similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Perform basic admin duties
