Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other administrative documents.
  • Process and track payments for internal and client accounts.
  • Handle incoming client mail, scan, and forward relevant documents electronically.
  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital records efficiently.
  • Provide general office support and administrative coordination.
  • Liaise with clients and provide timely updates on administrative matters.

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Attentive to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of accounting entries (e.g., recording payments, receipts, and expenses)
