Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Admin & Account Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have a keen eyebfor detail, be proficient in handling financial records, and possess strong administrative skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting Support: Assist with data entry for invoices, payments, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Financial Record Management: Organize and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment records, for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Assistance: Support in processing payments to vendors, tracking outstanding invoices, and following up on receivables.
  • General Administration: Perform data entry, maintain company records, and ensure all documents are up to date and properly filed.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle internal and external inquiries related to financial matters professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent accounting or finance-related qualifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in administrative and accounting support roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information responsibly.

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
