Job Description



Responsibilities


  • Processing daily purchase orders (POs) and invoices, updating of database and preparing team reports

  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports

  • Providing administration and coordination assistance sales team

  • Maintaining product information in SAP system

  • Shipping/dellivery Coordination

  • Handling inventory, shipment and product labelling related matters

  • Coordinating with Accounts department

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor


Requirements

  • GCE O level

  • No expeirence are welcome to apply

  • Prior expeirence in sales support will be an added advantage

  • Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
