Learning Delivery and Operations Management Execute eduCLaaS courses in accordance with its well-defined learning delivery, learning operations and learning technology policies and procedures in order to achieve best results in learner satisfaction.
Financial Management Responsible to execute the various cohorts/programmes with time, budget and P&L. Leverage the use of data analytics to analyse the profitability of the programmes.

Technical Skills and Competencies
Extensive experience in Programme Management
Well versed in Education/University frameworks
Good skills in Financial and Risk Management
Good understanding of Educational Technology and its implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required.
Proven experience as a facilitator, speaker, or coach.
5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning
Strong communicator.
Great empathy skills.
Assess the training needs of learners and adjust your delivery accordingly.
Working knowledge of the following:
oSound foundation and advanced level understanding of R Programming, SQL, Python, Machine Learning, AI, Spark, Statistics
oPython base packages as Numpy, Pandas, Scikit learn, Seaborn & MatplotLib
oExperience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau,PowerBI) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop, Spark)
oAzure Machine Learning knowledge especially with data and ML stack is a plus
oHigh proficiency with standard database skills (e.g., SQL), data preparation, cleaning, and wrangling/munging.

oMicrosoft Power BI certification
oMicrosoft Machine Learning certification
