Bachelor's degree is required.
Proven experience as a facilitator, speaker, or coach.
5 years of experience in data science and machine learning
Strong communicator.
Great empathy skills.
Assess the training needs of learners and adjust your delivery accordingly.
Working knowledge of the following: o Sound foundation and advanced level understanding of R Programming, SQL, Python, Machine Learning, AI, Spark, Statistics o Python base packages as Numpy, Pandas, Scikit learn, Seaborn & MatplotLib o Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau,PowerBI) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop, Spark) o Azure Machine Learning knowledge especially with data and ML stack is a plus o High proficiency with standard database skills (e.g., SQL), data preparation, cleaning, and wrangling/munging.
Good to have o Microsoft Power BI certification o Microsoft Machine Learning certification Desirable Traits o Possess good English competency level (because the class is conducted in English) o Nurturing, committed, hardworking, proactive, accountable, driven o Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
