The Opportunity
Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for Admin Support Staff ( Insurance)
Starts off as a 12 months contract
Principle Responsibilities
Perform insurance case manager role in the high net worth space which includes:
Prepare policy illustration and client presentation materials for insurance specialist (English, Simplified/Traditional Chinese)
Supporting Insurance Specialist with both new business and policy servicing transactions which include but not limiting to arranging medicals with clinics, submit supporting document to insurer, submit payment advice, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to move the different transactions, etc
Prepare policy review packs for incepted policies
Administrative duties like printing of documents, binding of documents, arranging local and overseas courier services
Provide cross support to Wealth Planning trust admin matters where required
Profile/Qualifications
Experience in insurance will be preferred.
Detailed, meticulous and good with administration work
Good interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal stakeholders
Junior employee candidates with minimal to no experiences can apply too
