Job Description

About Dash (Part of Maha)

At Dash, we believe in driving faster, smarter solutions for a brighter future. Our mission is to be the most responsive and reliable industrial partner. Join us as part of Maha group with over 50 years of experience and a dedicated base of over 200 employees.

About the Role

We are looking for a curious and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Additive Manufacturing Engineer. No prior experience is required — just a strong interest in 3D printing and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced additive manufacturing (AM) technologies used in research and manufacturing environments.

What You'll Do

  • Learn to install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of cutting-edge additive manufacturing equipment from our global partners.
  • Support customers in achieving successful printing outcomes through on-site service and technical assistance.
  • Build relationships with engineers, researchers, and manufacturers to help them apply 3D printing effectively.
  • Collaborate with our team and suppliers to provide training and demonstrations to end users.
  • Identify potential areas for growth and contribute ideas to expand our AM business.
  • Participate in training sessions with world-leading suppliers, including limited overseas opportunities (typically once or twice a year).

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or degree preferred in Engineering, Materials Science, or related disciplines — but not essential.
  • Hands-on mindset and curiosity about how machines and materials work.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.

Why Join Us

You'll gain direct exposure to some of the most advanced 3D printing systems in the region, work with established customers in research and manufacturing, and develop both your technical and professional skills in a fast-growing industry.
