Actuarial Assistant Manager - Pricing

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain data analytics and visualisation tools to support all lines of business.

2. Participate in technical pricing for a wide range of products, including both consumer and commercial segments.

3. Conduct profitability analyses and provide insights to stakeholders on product performance and underwriting arrangements.

4. Collaborate closely with underwriting, claims and other departments on portfolio analysis and pricing-related initiatives.

5. Manage VP/MS rate setup for new and existing products, ensuring the accuracy of premium calculation.

6. Assist in ad hoc actuarial related projects.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years working experience in non-life actuarial role.

2. Graduate with a degree in Actuarial/Statistics/Mathematics.

3. Prior experience in pricing, GLMs and portfolio monitoring / analytics.

4. Familiar with Singapore insurance industry will be a strong advantage.

5. Reserving knowledge is a plus.

6. SAS, Radar or SQL experience is preferred.

7. Self-motivated, independent and detail-oriented.
