Job Description

As an Acquisition Sales Executive at Cloversoft, you will find, acquire and build long-term partnerships with new distributors. You will propose solutions and plans that meet sales revenue goals and drive constant improvements in sell-through rates across all channels. This role requires strong will and hunger to search and hunt for new distributors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Acquiring B2B distributors

- Developing and maintaining productive, long-term relationships with distributors

- Forge strong relationships with distributors and to grow sales with them

- Acquiring an in-depth understanding of your customers, their businesses, KPIs, categories, and market

- Preparing volume forecasts and plans

-Meet monthly sales targets

You will play a role in strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all aspects of the business. Your success will be based on meeting sales target monthly and building rapport with our customers. Your performance will be reviewed monthly.

About You:

Poly Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field. Fresh grads welcome

Have strong courage to make calls, set up meetings and ask for the sales.

Proven ability in critical thinking and problem solving.

Strong organizational & analytical skills in data analysis skills with the ability to pull out insights and come up with sales strategy.

Ability to do data visualisation and generate sales report.

Ability to collaborate effectively within an inclusive environment.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
