Lead Acquisition Efforts: Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities to support the company's growth objectives.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Seller Ops Service, Relationship Managers, and Key Account Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for sellers.
Onboarding Support: Guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met.
Adapt to Change: Embrace an agile working environment with a readiness to adapt to new priorities, processes, and market conditions.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on acquisition performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes.
Requirements
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
At least 3 years of experience in business development, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
Highly adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Familiarity with onboarding processes is an advantage.
