Job Description

MoneySmart Group is South East Asia's leading personal financial portal helping consumers compare loans, insurance, and credit cards. MoneySmart was founded in 2009 with the simple aim to help consumers make better financial decisions.

We are growing and we're looking for exceptional talent to come onboard to lead our SG Acquisition Marketing team as an Acquisition Lead (SG), Marketplace based in Singapore.

Mission

Your mission is to grow MoneySmart acquisition strategies across every platform, channel and partner in the Singapore market. Your role is to be customer-centric, think data-first and collaborate with strategic functions across the organisation to scale cost efficient reach, awareness, conversions and acquisition opportunities, which will drive overall contribution to our top line revenue growth and profitability outcomes.

You will be responsible for identifying and exploring new and novel ways to reach our audience on new platforms and through new mediums. You will also be responsible for recruiting and mentoring a team that can execute market-leading acquisition campaigns across all Performance Marketing channels.

This role will be reporting into the Head Of Marketing, Marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with cross-functional departments to drive initiatives and campaigns that support business outcomes
  • Manages all paid marketing activities and campaign cost management
  • Nurtures functional expertise and skills with functional team
  • Executes testing roadmap within functional team

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, and a proven track record of managing acquisition marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels
  • Paid Media (Search, Paid Social, Display, etc.): Strong understanding of various paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, etc.) and how to optimise and scale campaigns effectively
  • Customer Engagement: Proficiency in use of Braze as a customer engagement tool for activation of email marketing campaigns, pop-up banners, WhatsApp marketing etc
  • Analytics Tools: Experience using marketing analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, and tag implementation solutions e.g. Google Tag Manager, as well as BI dashboards (Metabase, Holistics) to track and measure campaign performance
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in interpreting data and using it to inform marketing strategies. Familiarity with A/B testing, attribution models, and ROI analysis
  • KPI Development and Reporting: Ability to establish clear KPIs (Cost Per Acquisition, Lifetime Value, Return on Ad Spend, etc.) and report to stakeholders on marketing performance
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with other departments (sales, product, design, etc.) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • Stakeholder Communication: Proven experience in presenting strategies and results to executive teams, reporting on ROI, and aligning marketing goals with broader company initiatives
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing large marketing budgets, optimizing spend, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources across performance marketing channels
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Braze Certified Practitioner etc.) is a plus
