Job description

Responsibility:

- Must have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnosis, rectify any fault and perform repair works on VRV, DX system, Chilled Water Air Side FCU

- Perform Preventative Maintenance and ensure all M&E system operate efficiently and conform to operating standards

- Attend to urgent complaints and repair work on Air-conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical system

- Daily update on work progress to Client

- Coordination with sub-contractors on any maintenance/repair/project works

- Preparation of service report for client acceptance upon completion of service or repair work

- Lead a team of technician to perform maintenance and repair work

- Conduct onsite risk assessment and toolbox meeting briefing

- Comply with company safety procedures

- Any other tasks or duties as assigned

Requirement:

- Willing to travel around different site

- Must be physically fit and able carry heavy load and climb ladder
