ACMV Project Manager/Senior Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

. Head a team of project executives and engineers and oversee the management of all projects acquired by the company

. Implement and provide direction in project planning and execution

. Liaise with clients, suppliers, vendors, sub-cons, consultants etc on requirements and contractual agreements

. Review reports, resolve problems and issues

. Ensure overall project progress based on schedule and within budget constraints

. Ensure adherence to all EHS, WSH safety standards

. Manage contractors and team members and dedicate responsibilities

Qualifications / Requirements

. Diploma or Degree welcome

. At least 5 years project experience in ACMV/HVAC a must

. Able to manage team of engineers and sub-contractors

. Self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized

. Singaporeans or PRs only

. Experience in Cleanroom industry required

. Analytical mind, great organizational skill and time management skills

. Good communication and negotiation skills

. A good team player with leadership abilities
