Job Summary
Lead and manage ACMV projects from planning to completion, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure projects meet specifications, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ACMV projects through all phases to successful completion, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to fulfill project requirements
- Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery
- Review and approve ACMV design drawings, technical submissions, and method statements to ensure compliance and feasibility
- Ensure installation works comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards to maintain high-quality outcomes
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and key stakeholders for informed decision-making
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and costs
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical, operational, and coordination issues promptly to maintain workflow
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, and final handover documents for project closure
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality expectations to meet client satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ACMV or M&E project management
- Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, or large-scale building projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems, installation practices, and relevant codes and standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills applied in project contexts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
