- Support, manage and coordinate ACMV/Mechanical works for building/industrial construction projects
- Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for ACMV/Mechanical-system works.
- Report on progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor in a Managerial capacity
- Diploma/NITEC and above in Mechanical, Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline
- Comfortable with 5.5-Days Workweek
- Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
