• Work Location: Admiralty, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm
• Monthly Salary: Basic up to $3500 + Variable Bonus (VB) + AWS
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Project Coordination - Assisted Project Managers in planning and coordinating ACMV project activities, monitoring site progress, manpower, and materials.

• Technical Support - Studied and interpreted ACMV drawings, prepared AutoCAD/shop drawings, and performed technical calculations (cooling load, equipment sizing, electrical load, static pressure).

• Documentation & Administration - Prepared progress claims, verified subcontractor payments, conducted site measurements, and maintained project records in line with ISO standards.

• Site Supervision - Conducted site inspections, ensured subcontractor compliance with specifications, and monitored quality, safety, and execution progress.

• Stakeholder Coordination - Liaised with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients attended site meetings and technical discussions to resolve issues.

• Quality & Safety Compliance - Supported safety initiatives, enforced quality standards, and contributed to smooth project execution and delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• No experienced candidate are welcome. Training will be provided.
• Knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems is an added advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
