- Job Title : ACMV Project Engineer
- Job location : islandwide (multiple sites), HQ at Admiralty.
- Working days : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) & Alternate Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)
Job Scopes
- Planning and scheduling of projects
- Managing M&E construction projects and monitoring the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
- To handle design for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System and to ensure clients requirements are met
- To attend project meetings and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors
- Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects
- To forecast and anticipate possible issues for projects and to eliminate potential risks
- Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth workflow
- Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge
- To liase with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
- Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant.
- At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Engineer specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
- Energetic, self-motivated, good problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn, have a positive attitude.
