About the Role

We are looking for a ACMV/ HVAC Engineer to lead ACMV & Mechanical operations at a healthcare facility under our IFM portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Engineers and technicians; ensure all works are carried out safely and according to SOPs.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for ACMV/ HVAC and Mechanical systems.
  • Manage specialist vendors and review their PM/CM performance.
  • Handle major maintenance issues and escalate to the Facilities Manager when needed.
  • Prepare and review technical specifications, procedures, and workflows.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness, QEHS and BCP activities.
  • Support training, performance review, and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain strong communication and reporting with clients.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant Engineering field).
  • At least 3 years experience in maintenance/facilities management, with leadership exposure.
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with systems such as Chilled Water & VRV ACMV, mechanical ventilation, BMS, lifts & escalators, medical gas systems, pumps, valves, pneumatic systems.
  • Strong team leadership and client management skills.
  • Mandatory License.
  • Candidates with Green Mark Accredited Profession (GMAP) or Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) certification may be considered for more senior position.
