Job Summary
You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ACMV FCU and AHU systems, perform preventive maintenance, manage installations, and coordinate projects to ensure safe and efficient operation of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of FCU and AHU systems to ensure optimal operation
- Conduct preventive maintenance on ACMV equipment to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and rectify system issues to minimize downtime
- Install ACMV piping, including pipes, AHU, FCU, chillers, and cooling towers according to specifications
- Manage projects by coordinating with subcontractors and main contractors to ensure timely completion
- Ensure all servicing works comply with safety standards and are completed properly
- Support daily operations and site maintenance activities to maintain system functionality
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in ACMV / HVAC systems
- Knowledge of FCU, AHU, chilled water systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
