Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and onsite personnel for surveys, installations, deliveries, dismantling, and repair activities.
- Prepare ACMV drawings, schematics and specifications (Ducting/ Piping/ Equipment layout)
- Conduct site visits for installation readiness, equipment delivery, and lifting operations.
- Review and verify installation checklists completed by subcontractors.
- Support installation, maintenance, and repair tasks according to confirmed schedules.
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction, installation, or site coordination on HVAC/ACMV.
- Familiarity with local standards and site requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Comfortable handling both onsite tasks and administrative work.
