Creating and reviewing drawings (circuit diagrams, piping & instrumentation diagrams, etc.)
Designing ACMV systems to meet technical specifications and project requirements
Project planning (scope, objectives, timelines, budget)
Resource management (labor, equipment, subcontractors)
Quality control (monitoring work quality, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance)
Involvement in procurement of equipment, materials, and components
Ensuring safety and compliance with regulations and industry best practices
Identifying and resolving issues during the project
Coordinating with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors
Maintaining and managing project documentation
Providing end-to-end reporting on project progress
Any other ad-hoc instruction from director

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV trade
Experience in project engineering, preferably in ACMV systems
Proficient in AutoCAD software
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to ACMV systems
Strong project management and organizational skills1
Ability to manage resources, including labor, equipment, and subcontractors3
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and leadership skills
