ACMV Engineer

Responsibilities:

. Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites.

. Assist project manager is the execution of the projects.

. Responsibilites for co-ordination with Consultants, Architects and relevant authorities.

. Design and built Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation systems.

• Cooling load calculations, Equipment selections, Ventilation Duct sizing & Static Pressure loss calculations

. Liaise with Consultants, Main contractor, Suppliers, Sub contractor on Equipment & Material submissions.

. Coordinate with Sub-contractor.

. Monitor and ensure progress of works are carried out according to project specification.

. Assist drafting team for design schematic drawing, layout drawing, P&ID drawing. Review and check drawing before submit to main contractor.

. Oversee the overall planning of ACMV works, site inspection, variation order and certification of work done for all assigned projects.

. Support project manager in the administration of contract, claim, variation and any dispute arise.

. Raise MR and order material & arrange manpower for necessary works.

. Advise site team for work schedule and technical issues.

. Make sure project is carried out according to schedule.

. Responsible for site supervision and implementation.

. Responsible for ensuring implementing safety measures.

. Attend periodic meetings on site co-ordination and progress matters.

Requirements:

. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Required Skill(s): Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.

. Able to start work immediate or within short notice period
