ACMV Engineer Cum Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated ACMV Engineer cum Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to lead project teams, manage multiple projects effectively, and ensure smooth execution from planning to completion.

Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems with strong understanding of chiller and AHU design.

- Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Proven ability to handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Good problem-solving skills with strong technical knowledge

- Responsible, driven and able to work independently

- Strong knowledge of AMCV systems, Green Mark certification processes etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide engineering support, drawings and calculations for design and customizations of ACMV systems.

- Oversee full spectrum of project management, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution control and completion of assigned ACMV projects

- Lead and manage a project team to ensure work progresses according to project schedule

- Responsible for site supervision, installation works and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards

- Monitor and ensure project costing, budget and schedule are met

- Plan and manage manpower allocation to support project needs

- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project stages

- Ensure safety, quality and regulatory requirements are adhered to at all times
