Responsibilities:
- Design & drafting of ACMV system.
- Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements & authority submission.
- Liaison with Clients & Professional of other disciplines
- Perform material take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for M&E services.
- Prepare cost estimations, cost breakdown, and budget comparisons.
- Prepare and process progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
- Support tender exercises, including evaluating quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE related experience in Singapore
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying, equivalent
- Has knowledge of AutoCAD/ Revit or BIM software.
