We are seeking a results-oriented and proactive HR & Accounts Specialist to manage key financial, HR, and administrative functions. As part of a lean team, this role requires strong initiative, particularly in audit coordination, tax compliance, and financial follow-ups. The ideal candidate will take ownership of tasks, ensuring timely execution and compliance with Singapore regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Audit & Tax Compliance
. Lead the Year end audit process, ensuring smooth coordination with our Europe office.
. Proactively follow up on long-outstanding tax issues, working closely with the Europe office to provide the required information to IRAS.
. Ensure all financial records and documentation are well-maintained to support audits and tax submissions.
Accounts & Coordination
. Act as the primary liaison with our Europe office, assisting in audit coordination and ensuring timely financial reporting.
. Ensure proper financial documentation and compliance with company policies.
. Maintain an organized follow-up system for pending financial and HR matters.
Key Attributes & Requirements
. Results-driven mindset with strong initiative in following up on audit, tax, and compliance matters.
. Prior experience in HR, accounting, or audit coordination is preferred.
. Strong understanding of Singapore tax regulations and IRAS compliance.
. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a small company environment.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software is a plus.
. Strong communication and organizational skills.
