Accounts & Sales Support Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of accounting and tax executives.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and tax operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency and on-time filings.
• Review full sets of accounts and GST reports prepared by the team.
• Review unaudited financial statements and tax computations.
• Ensure all client deliverables and statutory deadlines are met.
• Prepare resolutions, AGM documents and changes in company officers/shareholding.
• Maintain and update statutory records in line with legal requirements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Handle queries promptly and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Support sales team in documentation, onboarding, grants, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing quotations, billings and communicating deliverables to clients.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 35 years relevant experience in accounting, tax or corporate secretarial work.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST and corporate tax.
• Experience with cloud software (e.g. Xero) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
