Job Description

Location: Little India
Monday - Friday: 10.30AM - 6.30PM


Our Client is Singapore-based precious metals retailer transforming the gold and silver investment space through seamless e-commerce automation. Operating primarily online with robust back-end support, we empower retail investors by delivering physical wealth preservation products directly to their doorsteps.

Core Responsibilities

Accounts & ERP Administration (Primary Focus)

  • Manage AutoCount ERP systems for day-to-day financial data verification and basic accounting support.

  • Handle core administrative duties including purchase orders, sales order entry, and invoice generation.

  • Perform inventory reconciliation, track stock movements, and prepare regular inventory/financial reports.

  • Coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment and manage goods received notes.

Retail Shop Sales & Customer Experience

  • Serve as a key salesperson at our retail boutique, engaging directly with walk-in customers to sell gold and silver products.

  • Provide professional advice on wealth preservation, financial literacy, and precious metal investments.

  • Manage customer enquiries from both offline and online channels, ensuring exceptional after-sales support.

Online Social Media & E-Commerce Support

  • Assist with updating online product listings, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns on the e-commerce store.

  • Support digital marketing initiatives by planning basic content calendars across social channels (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook).

  • Assist in generating creative ideas, writing basic captions, and coordinating snippets for podcasts or educational investment videos.

  • Help monitor audience engagement and track basic campaign performance analytics.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Open to career switchers past experience is not mandatory as training will be provided under the Career Conversion Program.

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Technical Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Familiarity with AutoCount ERP (or similar accounting software) and basic content creation tools (Canva, CapCut).

  • Attributes: Comfortable doing front-facing sales, possess strong numeracy skills, and maintain an organized, proactive attitude toward digital transformation.
