Job Scope
- Follow up on AR for both self payors and third-party payors.
- Conduct timely and effective follow up with insurers to ensure prompt settlement of claims.
- Apply appropriate follow up when necessary.
- Assess patients financial situations and propose suitable financial assistance schemes.
- Actively refer patients to Medical Social Workers (MSWs) for further support when required.
- Ensure robust and accurate reporting of errant employers to MOM who are refusing/defaulted payment.
- Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the department.
Requirements
- Diploma holder with experience in Healthcare background.
- Salary: $2580 to $3200 (Depending on experience)
- Working Location: Lower Kent Ridge Rd
- Must be able to commit to 1 year Contract
- Monday to Friday
