An industry-leading multinational is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to drive service excellence, governance, and operational performance across its outsourced finance operations. This role partners closely with a major global BPO provider (Infosys) and oversees AR/AP delivery across multiple regions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the relationship with our global BPO partner, ensuring consistent, high-quality AR service delivery.
- Oversee global AR operations - invoicing, collections, DSO performance, cash application, and credit management.
- Drive the transition of finance activities into the BPO model, including process documentation, planning, and handovers.
- Monitor SLAs/KPIs, resolve service issues, and spearhead continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams globally to harmonize processes and uphold strong internal controls.
- Work closely with IT to integrate BPO tools and streamline end-to-end AR processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing BPO vendors (Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Genpact) - this is a must-have.
- Deep expertise in end-to-end AP processes within a global environment.
- Strong SLA governance, vendor management, escalation handling, and operational improvement skills
- Proficiency in SAP preferred
- Ability to lead across cultures and time zones; excellent communication and stakeholder management, hence, language skills (Mandarin, German, Japanese) a strong advantage.
- Able to travel to India for BPO collaboration when needed.
