Role Overview
This internship offers exposure to Accounts Payable (AP) and hands-on experience with Xero (cloud accounting) and Hubdoc (automation tool). You'll help our finance team keep supplier payments, staff claims, and records up-to-date. It's a great opportunity to learn practical accounting in a dynamic SME environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and check supplier invoices through Hubdoc.
- Post invoices and expenses into Xero.
- Assist with vendor payments and staff reimbursement claims.
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies.
- Support month-end tasks such as filing, reconciliations, and reports.
- Help maintain proper digital records and documentation.

Requirements
