Accounts Payable Executive - Investment Management Firm

A well-established global investment management firm is hiring an Accounts Payable Executive to join its Finance team in Singapore. The organisation operates across multiple international markets and is known for its strong focus on data, technology, and disciplined investment processes.

This role covers end-to-end Accounts Payable responsibilities across several jurisdictions, including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and the Middle East, and will suit someone comfortable working in a regional, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices, including accurate cost allocation and bank detail validations
• Prepare payment summaries and manage approval workflows
• Execute payments via telegraphic and interbank transfers
• Prepare intercompany billing invoices
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders across regions to resolve queries
• Support ad-hoc finance and operational tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience, with a clear AP focus
• Strong experience in invoice processing and end-to-end payment execution
• Exposure to AR or full sets of accounts is a plus, but AP expertise is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, with good organisational and time management skills
