Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform 3-way matching (purchase order, goods receipt, invoice) before processing payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or disputes
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on payment-related queries
  • Assist in month-end closing activities including AP aging reports and accruals
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance AP efficiency

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (preferred: SAP S4/HANA)
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
