Accounts Payable (AP) Executive

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our team. This role primarily involves assisting with payment-related duties and general finance support. The ideal candidate should be organised, responsible, and able to manage day-to-day tasks with accuracy.

Accounts Payable Key Responsibilities:

• Post vendor invoices to correct expense accounts.
• Assist with processing payments to suppliers and other parties
• Ensure payment records and documents are properly filed and updated
• Liaise with vendors and other departments when necessary
• Assist with monthly ageing and internal reports
• Prepare and submit input GST reports in compliance with regulations
• Support the finance team with general accounting tasks

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, ideally with some exposure to payment processing or finance operations.

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Encouraged to have knowledge of SAP (but training will be provided if not experienced)
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• A good team player with a positive working attitude
• Able to communicate in simple English and Chinese (for dealing with vendors or colleagues)
