Accounting Operations Executive
Employment Type: 12-month Contract

Role Purpose
The Accounting Operations Executive is responsible for accurate execution of operational accounting workflows in SAP, ensuring timely processing of sales and purchase entries, payment workflows, and vendor/customer bank registrations while enforcing internal compliance controls. The role also supports process improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the finance operations team.

Key Responsibilities
. Verify and process SAP accounting workflows (sales/purchase delivery notes, invoices, contracts)
. Perform month-end and quarter-end closing activities using internal checklists
. Support cross-border and third-party payment clarifications
. Maintain workflow accuracy and control compliance
. Work closely with business and corporate divisions to support accounting workflows
. Ensure alignment and compliance with company's internal policies
. Build trust and operational clarity with internal stakeholders
. Support initiatives in automation and workflow optimization
. Participate in departmental digitalization projects and continuous improvement tasks

Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
. Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting functions
. Strong understanding of AP & AR processes
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
. Detail-oriented and meticulous
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
. Team player with accountability during peak closing cycles
. Demonstrates continuous improvement mindset
. Proactive learner, especially in process improvement and automation
