This position serves as an operational finance execution specialist managing daily accounts payable distributions, customer billing collections, and routine banking reconciliations to maintain healthy operational cash flow streams.

roles and responsibilities.

The role entails executing partial sets accounting operations centered on full-spectrum accounts payable and accounts receivable sub-ledgers. Key duties include matching supplier delivery notes, verifying vendor tax invoices, and organizing weekly electronic bank payment runs. The position handles partial sets AR functions by issuing B2B customer statements, tracking payment aging reports, and following up on trade collections to optimize overall working capital. Core responsibilities also cover month-end partial sets ledger maintenance, performing monthly bank reconciliations, posting general ledger journal entries, and assembling supporting schedules for quarterly GST submissions. The role acts as a primary operational liaison to resolve supplier and customer payment queries while ensuring compliance with internal accounting controls.

skills and experience required.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or LCCI certification paired with practical operational accounting experience handling high-volume AP and AR tasks. Proficiency in standard financial accounting software (such as SAP, Xero, or QuickBooks) and spreadsheet applications is necessary to complete daily reporting tasks effectively. Candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable with confidential numerical records, and able to communicate clearly across cross-functional teams.
